Responsabilități: Your role:

Working as part of a team, liaising with both client and other specialists in the practice to provide high quality audits;
Providing coordination role for audit clients including the coaching and training of junior staff;
Supervising teams and reporting directly to more experienced auditors, including manager, partner
Performing / supervising of the performance of audit procedures in accordance with Grant Thornton’s audit methodology and quality standards;
Involvement in preparing reports and schedules;
Competențe profesionale și tehnice necesare: To qualify for this role you need:

​​University degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance and Banks represents a plus), Polytechnic, Mathematics or other related fields;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in audit or accounting;
Knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards and basic knowledge of IFRS;
Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies;
Good skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
Verbal, written, and presentation skills, both in English and Romanian;
Team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing junior staff;
